Eggless cakes in Asansol — Sweet Bloom is a 100% eggless bakery

A lot of families in Asansol prefer eggless cakes — for religious reasons, for elders, or just personal preference. At Sweet Bloom Bakery you never have to ask, because every cake we make is 100% eggless by default. Our whole bakery is eggless.

Taste

Honestly, most people can't tell. I use a curd-and-milk base for eggless sponges, which keeps them soft and moist. Butterscotch, chocolate truffle, red velvet, vanilla and mango all work brilliantly eggless.

Texture

Eggless sponges are a touch denser than the egg version — closer to a bakery mud cake than a fluffy sponge. For most designs (drip cakes, floral cakes, bento cakes) this is actually a bonus because the cake holds decorations better.

Price

No extra charge for eggless because it's simply how we bake. Bento cakes start at ₹200, half pound at ₹250, 1 pound at ₹400, 2 pound at ₹750. Cupcakes are ₹150 for a box of 8.

Lead time

Same as any other cake — 24 hours' notice is enough for most designs; 4–7 days for tiered and wedding cakes.

You don't need to write "eggless" — it's assumed. Just tell me:
