Do eggless cakes taste different?

Why my whole kitchen is eggless

- Refrigerate until about 20 minutes before cutting — cold buttercream tastes flat.
- Eat within 2 days; eggless cream cakes are freshest on day one.
- In summer keep it boxed and out of direct sun on the way home.
